The Kirkby Tyres team descended on Birmingham’s NEC for the annual LAMMA agricultural equipment exhibition. For the second year in a row, Kirkby occupied Hall 9 of the exhibition centre with our striking white 225 square metre space greeting over 40,000 guests across January 10th and 11th.
The Kirkby stand ‘stood out’ according to Tyre Press. ‘The stand was probably the largest directly related tyre stand by someway and was well attended by a healthy number of visitors.
With over 600 exhibitors showcasing the latest in tools and machinery for each sector, there was enough for all including a new demo arena which showed off the latest in Agri technology along with the LAMMA torques area which gave attendees the chance to engage with some of the industry’s top minds.
Alliance and their newly released 590 heavy-duty radial flotation design were displayed on the stand along with the 585, 550, the 372 and of course, the Agristar II.
The recently introduced BKT V-flexa range took place on the Kirkby stand along with the Agrimax Spargo and Sirio continuing our long relationship with BKT as a main importer and wholesaler.
Our expert team was on hand to help with any queries, the stand was constantly lively with farmers from all sectors seeking new tyres or just grabbing a chat and a hand full of sweets from one of our tables.
4 patterns of Sailun tyres were on display from the stand including the SDR1 pattern, SDF1 and the SDO1 along with the recent addition of 385/65R22.5 STM1 for mixed service trailer applications.
Pirelli was shown off with its premium offering, The PHP:1H, the 900/60R32, 650/654R34 PHE:65 all on the white canvas of the Kirkby stand.
Strong interest was shown in the MRL range, particularly MRL’s first-ever VF tyres in the MVF 600 range with the MVF 650/60 R38 on our stand stopping LAMMA goers as they walked by. The large MRL feature wall with our giveaway lead people to the 10-inch screen to enter our prize draw to be in with a chance of winning a set of MRL tyres.
Freebies were plenty with a member of the Kirkby staff at one point throwing Alliance stress to cows to attendees much to their delight, it seemed nobody left the NEC without one of these or a bulging bag of Kirkby giveaways.
Kirkby Tyres and 65% of other exhibitors already confirmed for 2024 look forward to welcoming you back.
